GKC Foundation reviews every application personally. If you or a loved one is living with a spinal cord condition and facing financial hardship, we are here to help.
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from individuals worldwide who meet the following criteria:
- Diagnosed with a spinal cord injury, spinal cord stroke, or a related spinal cord condition
- Experiencing genuine financial hardship as a result of the condition or its treatment
- Able to provide verifiable medical documentation from a licensed healthcare provider
- Residing anywhere in the world — we serve patients globally
Required Documents
To process your application fairly and efficiently, please prepare the following:
Medical Proof
A diagnosis letter, medical report, or discharge summary from a licensed doctor or hospital confirming your spinal cord condition.
Financial Hardship Evidence
Documents demonstrating financial need — such as income statements, bank statements, utility bills, or a letter from a social worker.
Personal Identification
A government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or equivalent) for the applicant or their legal guardian.
Brief Personal Statement
A short written explanation of your situation, how the condition has affected your life, and how the aid would be used.
How to Submit Your Application
Send all of the above documents and your personal details to our applications email address. Our team reviews every submission personally and will respond as soon as we can.
